This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from sponsors and sponsor representatives, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

When you or your organization sponsors the Event, we may collect:
- Contact name, email address, and phone number of your organization's representative
- Company or organization name
- Billing and payment information, processed via our third-party payment processor
- Logo files, artwork, and brand assets you provide for event materials
- Any additional information you provide in connection with your sponsorship (for example, in-kind prize details)

We use sponsor information to:
- Process your sponsorship commitment and payment
- Fulfill sponsorship benefits, including signage, event program listing, and promotional recognition
- Communicate with you about the Event and your sponsorship
- Coordinate delivery or collection of any donated raffle prizes
4. Public Recognition of Sponsors
Sponsorship of the Event is inherently public-facing. By sponsoring the Event, you agree that Motiv Brands may publicly display and promote your organization's name, logo, and sponsorship level — including on the Motiv Brands website, social media, event signage, printed materials, and press communications — as part of the sponsorship benefits described at the time of purchase.
5. Payment Information
Payment information is processed by our third-party payment processor and is not stored directly by Motiv Brands. Please refer to our payment processor's privacy policy for details on how payment data is handled.
6. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal or business information. We may share sponsor information with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Event, process payments, and manage sponsor communications
- Bali Hai Golf Club, to the extent necessary to facilitate signage or on-site recognition
- As required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Motiv Brands or others
7. Data Retention
We retain sponsor information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill sponsorship obligations, maintain business and tax records, and communicate about future sponsorship opportunities.
8. Your Rights and Choices
You may contact us at info@motivbrands.co to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to our legitimate business, contractual, and legal obligations (for example, financial recordkeeping requirements).
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
